Refund & Return Policy

At Collected and Polished, all sales are final due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, custom order requests, or buyer error.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at collectednpolished@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

We cannot accept returns without prior approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
